    Once again, worst thing about these boxes is that they&#039;re outmoded technology relying on copper wire which is stone age.    Monkeybrains.com team, Reggie Rucker and Alex Melendez related at a Board hearing that they could build a fiber optic network for the entire City that would be far cheaper, far faster and only require a trench 2&quot; wide and 18&quot; deep.

It&#039;s like putting horse hitching posts along the sidewalks (there are actually some still there).
