The project, a 5-megawatt sea of 25,000 solar  panels in San Francisco’s Sunset District, was approved in June after a  revised commitment from the developer, Recurrent Energy, to hire no less  than 21 workers from San Francisco's most economically disadvantaged  communities; 30 percent of the project's workforce.]]></description>

Gradually, a few more people turn up with blue stickers (Havers) that say things like â€œJed, $850, Bernal Heights, no catsâ€ and, â€œJulie, $1000, West Portalâ€. At last there is a more equal ratio, but there still arenâ€™t many people in my price range. ]]></description>
