The issues that the episode underscores, including the need for a federal Shield Law and the question of who qualifies as a journalist, are still with us.<\/p>\n
Invited panelists are Wolf; Donna Lee, the video’s producer; veteran First Amendment attorney James Wheaton; and political cartoonist Susie Cagle, who was arrested twice at Occupy demonstrations in Oakland.<\/p>\n
