What: Peace Vigil to commemorate fifth anniversary of the Iraq War. Keynote speakers include actor/activist Sean Penn, Peace Mom Cindy Sheehan, vice presidential candidate Matt Gonzalez and Rev. Gregory Stewart, Senior Minister of the Unitarian Universalist Church.

Where: Unitarian Universalist Church, 1187 Franklin Street, at Geary Blvd. Bus lines 38 Geary, 45 and 47 on Van Ness Avenue, 1 block east.

When: Sunday, March 16 at 5 p.m.

Suggested donation $5-10, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Sponsored by Iraq Moratorium for the San Francisco Bay Area, Unitarian Universalists for Peace, and local peace groups.

    U.S. citizens seem totally blind to the fact that the Bush regime is robbing them without any mercy to fund the theft of Iraqi and other Middle East oil while simultaneously profiteering greatly by funneling taxpayers dollars into the hands of Bush regime contractor friends building a U.S. stronghold in Iraq.
