January 21, 2006

San Francisco (BCN) - Two suspects wanted for their alleged involvement in a carjacking and homicide incident in San Francisco's Bayview District early this morning are still on the loose.

According to a San Francisco Police Department spokesman, two male suspects approached the victim, who was in his car, in the area of Mckinnon Avenue and Lane Street.

The suspects drove off in the victim's car after one of them shot the victim in his stomach, the spokesman said.

Police responded to the incident around 1:05 a.m., the police
spokesman said. The victim, Sean Kreel, 34, of San Francisco, was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where he died, according to San Francisco Medical Examiner Investigator Tom McDonald.

An autopsy will be performed Monday or Tuesday to determine Kreel's exact time and cause of death.
