City gun ban proposition
to be struck down

A decision on the legal validity of Proposition H, the San Francisco proposition that would ban the manufacture, distribution, sale and transfer of firearms and ammunition within San Francisco, and ban City residents from possessing handguns within San Francisco, has been made and will be available to the press at 3.00 p.m. today in room 301 at the Superior Court.

According to a reliable source Judge James Warren has struck down the proposition on constitutional grounds.
