Judge orders U.S. Government to stop warrantless unconstitutional wiretapping

A federal judge this morning ordered government warrantless wiretapping stopped immediately.

U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit ruled the National Security Agency program unconstitutional, the Associated Press reported.

"Plaintiffs have prevailed, and the public interest is clear in this matter," Taylor wrote in her 43-page opinion.

"It is the upholding of our Constitution.

The lawsuit was brought by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)
