Police investigate early morning homicide
in Richmond District

Authorities this morning are investigating San Francisco's latest homicide after a body was found in an intersection in the city's Richmond District, police said.

Officers located the body in the intersection of 47th Avenue and Fulton Street next to Golden Gate Park at 2:55 a.m., according to police. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities remain at the Richmond District intersection investigating the crime, police said.

No other information was immediately available.
