Two stabbing incidents in San Francisco's Potrero Hill and South of Market neighborhoods Sunday morning caused serious injuries to two victims, police said today.

A man in his 30s was stabbed in the city's Potrero Hill neighborhood in the 1000 block of Connecticut Street around 8:50 a.m., according to officials.

The man was transported to San Francisco General Hospital, where he underwent surgery for his wounds, officials said.

Earlier Sunday, a victim was stabbed in the city's South of Market neighborhood in the 200 block of Seventh Street, according to officials.

That victim was found around 1 a.m. in critical condition and was also taken to San Francisco General Hospital, officials said. Suspects remain at large for both stabbings, police added.
